When searching for the best plus size bras, Lau recommends prioritizing bras with features that enhance comfort and support.

“It’s always a good idea to seek cups that provide uplift to elevate the bust and ensure containment to minimize bounce,” she explains. “Straps placed nearer to the shoulder can prevent slipping, and a V-shaped arrangement at the back, near the hook and eye, is ideal.”
