Biscuit & Hogs to open new location in Caldwell

CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — Biscuit & Hogs is looking at expanding its footprint in the western part of the Treasure Valley.

The City of Caldwell says the eatery will be building a new two-story restaurant in downtown Caldwell later this year. The city says an outdoor-minded clothing brand a retailer in Idaho products will also be in the new building at 516 Main Street.

"We look forward to bringing these terrific brands to our community!" the city says.

Biscuit and Hogs is also expanding at the new Orchard Park Development near Chinden and Linder.
